Chelsea Heights Medical Centre opened our newly equipped and purpose-built clinic in September of 2012 with the intention of providing the highest quality and accessible primary health healthcare services to the local population. Our goal is to offer the traditional values of a family-based practice but in a contemporary setting that is equipped with modern equipment and facilities.

We charge a bulk fee to all patients for appointments in clinic anytime for anyone who has the valid Medicare card.

We welcome new patients.

A typical appointment lasts 10 minutes, but if you believe you’ll need longer time with your doctor you are welcome to request an extended consultation.

We strive to ensure that your visit to CHMC is as pleasant and relaxing as we can. We we have designed our waiting area as well as our facilities to reflect that. We have a flat-screen TV as well as tablets (e-pads) and a children’s area for you to relax in when you visit.

We appreciate your time and try everything we can to reduce your wait time to the minimum. It is possible to help by arriving an hour early in the event that you are a brand new patient and fill out your enrollment form. Remember, there are times when unexpected delays occur and our doctors could be taking time off to attend to another patient’s treatment in order to devote time to your needs. Emergency situations, injuries and major medical issues are dealt with urgently and can take more time. Contact our receptionist know that you require immediate attention or you are on the move.
